Grey Expedite Logistics LLC (“Grey Expedite Logistics”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and provides truck dispatch services to motor carriers in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you give us. When you submit a dispatch request or contact form we collect the details you enter, which may include:

• Name, company name, phone number and email address
• MC and/or DOT number and years of operating experience
• Equipment type and preferred lanes or operating region
• Any additional details you include in a message

Onboarding documents. If you proceed to onboarding we collect operating authority documentation, certificates of insurance, tax forms (W-9), banking or factoring details required to route payment, and signed service agreements.

Automatically collected data. Like most websites we receive standard log information — IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed. If you accept cookies we may also collect analytics about how you use the site.

• To respond to your dispatch request or message, usually by phone
• To set you up in broker and shipper carrier packets under your authority
• To book, dispatch, invoice and track loads on your behalf
• To verify operating authority, insurance and compliance status
• To send service-related updates about your account and loads
• To improve the website and understand how carriers find us
• To comply with legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.

Dispatch cannot function without sharing certain details. We disclose information only as needed to:

• Brokers, shippers and 3PLs, to set you up and book loads you approve
• Factoring companies you have engaged, to submit invoice packages
• Service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, CRM, accounting)
• Regulators, insurers or legal authorities where required by law
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets

This site uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. Strictly necessary storage keeps the site working and remembers your cookie choice. Optional analytics cookies are only set after you accept the banner, and you can decline without losing any functionality.

You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.

We keep dispatch and settlement records for as long as required by federal and state transportation, tax and recordkeeping rules, and for a reasonable period afterward. Form submissions from carriers who do not onboard are retained for no longer than necessary to follow up.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Depending on your state of residence — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah and Virginia — you may have additional rights under state privacy law.

This site is intended for commercial motor carriers and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
