SMS Terms

Grey Expedite Logistics text messages are sent by Grey Expedite Logistics (Private) Limited (“Grey Expedite Logistics”, “we”, “us”) to the owner-operators, fleet owners, drivers, customers and prospective customers we work with. We send:

• Dispatch coordination and load updates
• Pickup and delivery confirmations
• Follow-ups on quote and dispatch requests
• Occasional offers about our dispatch services

Messages come only from phone numbers used by our own team, and only about our own dispatch business.

We text you only if you have given us consent — for example by ticking the text-message box on the dispatch request or contact form on this website and providing your mobile number.

Consent is not a condition of service. You can use our services, request a dispatcher or contact us without agreeing to receive text messages.

Message frequency varies with your activity — for example, how many loads are in progress or whether you have an open quote request.

Msg & data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply according to your plan.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We also accept UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from that program. To start again, reply START.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage and is not guaranteed.

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up that number, reply STOP first or tell us so we stop texting it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. These terms are part of our Terms of Service.
